What is YoursVA?
YoursVA is an in-house virtual assistant and back-office team based in Kotchandpur, Jhenaidah, Bangladesh. It provides B2B lead research, data extraction and cleansing, data entry, workflow and CRM automation, and virtual assistant services to businesses worldwide.
Is YoursVA a freelancer marketplace or a matching agency?
No. Every YoursVA specialist is a team member working from the same supervised office. YoursVA does not match clients with outside freelancers; it manages the people, the process and the quality itself.
What hours does the YoursVA team work?
The US-hours desk runs from about 4:00 pm to 4:00 am Bangladesh time (GMT+6), which covers the US business day. Bangladesh daytime hours overlap with Australian, Asian and Gulf business hours and allow overnight turnaround for US and UK clients.
How much does YoursVA cost?
YoursVA does not publish a fixed price list. Pricing depends on the scope of work, the hours of coverage and the skills required, and a quote is given after a free consultation. No payment is needed until you approve a sample test of the work; a 25% down payment then starts the project.
How do I start working with YoursVA?

Do I have to pay YoursVA upfront?
No. YoursVA first completes a sample test of the work. A down payment is only required after you approve that sample, and the down payment to start the project is 25% of the agreed project price.

YoursVA works from one office in Kotchandpur, Jhenaidah, Bangladesh. The time zone is GMT+6.
What services does YoursVA provide?

Does YoursVA work with companies outside the United States?
Yes. YoursVA supports businesses globally. The office schedule covers the US business day in the evening and night, and Australian, Asian and Gulf business hours during Bangladesh daytime.
What is the YoursVA office like?
The YoursVA office has 10 dual-screen workstations, high-speed internet and its own backup power supply, so work continues during local power cuts. Staff work on site under a manager.
How does YoursVA report on the work?
Success measures are agreed before work starts. YoursVA then sends regular performance reports against those measures and runs a quarterly review to find new bottlenecks and adjust the plan.
How does YoursVA keep client data secure?
Client work is handled only by in-house staff in the supervised YoursVA office, inside the systems and access levels the client provides. It is not passed to outside freelancers.
Can YoursVA handle overnight work for my business?
Yes. Because the office is in Bangladesh (GMT+6), tasks sent at the end of a US or UK working day can be completed during Bangladesh daytime and returned by the next morning.
What is the onboarding process at YoursVA?
